This appliance combines activator, bionator and magnetic brackets.
The magnetic brackets guide and control the upper and lower jaw when closing the mouth. In addition, the magnets keep the mouth closed longer than usual. To prevent the brackets from lifting, they have to be particularly tight and are therefore partly fixed with triangular clasps and Adams clasps.
